10th Class Mark Sheet/Certificate

Specifications:

  • Original mark sheet from recognized board
  • Should clearly show name, roll number, and marks
  • All pages if multiple pages
  • Self-attested copy accepted

12th Class Mark Sheet/Certificate

Required

Specifications:

  • Required for UG and above programs
  • Should clearly show subject-wise marks
  • Include passing certificate if available
  • Self-attested copy accepted

Graduation Mark Sheet/Degree

If Applicable

Specifications:

  • Required for PG programs only
  • All semester/year mark sheets
  • Provisional certificate for recent graduates
  • Consolidate mark sheet if available

ID Proof (Aadhaar Card)

  • Both sides of Aadhaar card
  • Should be clearly readable
  • Name should match application form
  • Address proof on Aadhaar preferred

Category Certificate (if applicable)

If Applicable

  • Required for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates
  • Issued by competent authority
  • Should be valid and not expired
  • Income certificate for EWS category

Document Guidelines
